About this bike
Aurum means gold in Latin, and Norco's Aurum 1 is the gold standard in downhill bikes. Its hydroformed aluminum frame is ridiculously stiff and impressively light for a full-on DH sled, and it features perfectly dialed geometry so you can rail corners and blast down straightaways at mach speed. The frame is fitted with a RockShox Boxxer R2C2 fork and a Fox DHX RC2 rear shock controlling Norco's amazing A.R.T. rear end for 200mm of world class suspension that devours the hardest courses. To keep you rallying, you get stout Sun Inferno wheels shod in terrain-trouncing Maxxis Minion DHF tires, Easton controls, pro-spec Shimano Saint drivetrain and brakes, and an e.13 guide to keep your chain on lock.
