That would be the wheels and tires. Extra-wide Surly rims roll with 3.8-inch wide Surly tires, providing flotation in snow, sand, frozen lakes and mud, allowing you to ride when other people are stuck walking, or even worse, stuck indoors. Other component highlights include SRAM X7 shifters and X7/X9 derailleurs, e.13 cranks, Avid mechanical disc brakes, and Salsa's bar, stem, and seatpost. With the Mukluk, getting first tracks takes on a whole new meaning!
