The 5010 is built for all-day backcountry adventures with 130mm of VPP travel, a short rear-end, and low bottom bracket that come together to create a playful trail bike that isn't afraid to traverse the unknown. The 67-degree head angle and longer front-center offer precise steering control on fast descents, and a lower bottom bracket height lets you climb and change course with mountain goat agility. The X01 build features light and snappy components from SRAM, including a 12-speed 1x Eagle drivetrain for the ultimate in mountain bike simplicity, and a Fox Float Performance Elite shock and Fox 34 Float Performance Elite fork enable confidence when ripping through tight, rocky singletrack. For the 5010 CC, Santa Cruz used a slightly more expensive carbon fiber to reduce frame weight by half a pound.
