Santa Cruz's Highball does two things: 1) Race. 2) Win. The full-carbon 29er frame weighs a mere 2.4 pounds yet is a heavyweight out on the trails. Even if you never race it, you gotta love the frame stiffness and the shortness of the rear end, this thing wheelies and manuals easily. A low bottom bracket height, dialed head angle and proven geometry makes it nimble, yet surefooted; fast, but not twitchy. With the 100mm Reba, Mavic/XT wheels, XT gearing and a TruVativ front end making up the kit, the Highball is bred for pure speed. And you better believe that speed comes easy on a frame this incredible, even non-racers can dig that.
