About this bike
Yeti's AS-R sl was bred in Colorado to be a race rocket. Then, the secret got out that this bicycle pins it on trails and all-day epics, too. Yeti's Pure aluminum frame boasts their Active Suspension Racing technology, so the 3.89 inches of travel feels firm on climbs, supple through small bumps and plush on big hits. Fox supplies the suspension with their impressive 32 Float 100 RLC fork up front and super adjustable RP23 rear shock out back. Yeti's Dogbone link combats side to side flex in the carbon swingarm for a rear-end that is super-responsive and lightweight. Shifting duties are handled by an awesome mix of Shimano XT and SRAM X-9 components. Plus, the sweet rig includes Race Face cranks, bars, stem and seatpost, Mavic wheels and Avid Juicy hydraulic discs.
