About this bike
The Fourstroke is one of the very few full-suspension mountain bikes to win the Cross-Country World Championships. That alone sets it apart as an outstanding race bike. The combination of BMC's Big Wheel Concept (BWC) geometry and Advanced Pivot System (APS) suspension design makes for an incredibly fast and capable XC or Marathon race bike. If there is one category the Fourstroke belongs to, it is quite simply racing. You'll conquer mountains with Shimano's 2x11-speed XT drivetrain, while the 100mm-travel Fox Performance fork and shock make short work of technical terrain. The 29-inch DT Swiss wheels and Conti tires provide grip quick acceleration. BMC's carbon bar and seat post minimize weight and keep your fit dialed.
