About this bike
From wide-open jump trails to steep, tight and techy runs, Specialized's Demo 8 I Carbon reigns over them all. The FACT 10M carbon front end and M5 aluminum rear triangle keep the weight low, making the Demo fast and maneuverable in the air and on the ground. With slack geometry, 200mm of terrain-flattening travel and a low top tube, it serves up point-and-shoot handling, perfect for stomping big hits and railing the nastiest rock gardens. Controlling the action is a Boxxer RC up front with a Cane Creek Double Barrel in the back. It's powered by a SRAM 10-speed drivetrain, rolls on Roval DH wheels with aggro Butcher tires that hook up in a variety of terrain, and scrubs speed with Avid Elixir 7 Trails slowing you down to earthly speeds.
