Pure sickness. Trek's Session 9.9 is a 210mm-travel DH monster that weighs 35 pounds. You read that right. It's already racked up World Cup wins and now, it's available for everyone. The unheard of weight is achieved by the use of a Trek OCLV carbon frame, a titanium spring in the fork and liberal use of carbon components. Adjustability is paramount on the 9.9. The Fox 40 is a custom air/coil hybrid, so you can tune it to the course as you see fit. You can customize your head angle via the Trek Angleset, as well as through the Mino link, which also lowers your BB. Trek says they've achieved the highest weight-to-stiffness ratio to date through the use of specialized lay ups and trussing, only helped by their ABP DH rear through-axle. With a frame like this and with specs like these, things will never be the same.
